Who processes your data
The data controller is SHAFARINA LLC (Uzbekistan). For any question about your data, write to marketing@sox.uz.
What data we receive
Only what you enter in the quote request form: company name, contact person, email, phone or Telegram username, order details, country, comments and attached photos. Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.
To protect against spam, the server keeps a hash of your IP address for one day, never the address itself. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs.
Why
To work out a price for your request, reply to you and discuss a possible order. We do not use the data for newsletters or share it for advertising. No automated decisions are made about you.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries from companies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We ask only for the data needed to reply.
Who receives the data
Requests arrive in the company’s private Telegram group, visible only to authorised SHAFARINA staff and the site administrator. The website is hosted by hosting.uz on a server located in Germany. Request data (company, contact details, photos) is also passed to Chatwoot, our enquiry handling system on our server, and is kept for as long as the request itself.
Transfers outside the EU
The company is based in Uzbekistan, so request data is transferred to Uzbekistan and processed via Telegram. There is no European Commission adequacy decision for Uzbekistan. The transfer is necessary to answer the request you sent us yourself (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Photos are kept on the server for no longer than 30 days after delivery to the company group and then deleted. If a request could not be delivered, its photos are deleted together with it after 90 days at the latest. The request text is kept on the server for no longer than 90 days. In the company chat a request is kept for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, and is deleted at your request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing. Write to marketing@sox.uz and quote your request number if you have one.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country, for example UODO in Poland.

This website uses no cookies, trackers or external analytics. Fonts are served from our own server.
